When you reach your limit

We tell you before you get there.
At the limit, you decide: keep collecting at your overage rate, move up a plan, or buy a pack.
Overage bills automatically only if you turn it on, and you set the monthly cap.
Whatever you pick, nothing you've collected is deleted.
On Free, new responses pause at the limit and your units refill next month.

Each minute past 10 min: +2 units

A started minute counts as a full minute.

What does going over my limit cost?

You pay the per-unit rate on your plan card, only for what you go over. Automatic overage runs only if you turn it on, and once you set a monthly cap we never bill past it. Free has no overage.

Why do voice responses use more units?

Transcribing and analyzing voice costs more than text, so a voice response uses more units, and longer ones use a few more. The exact math is under “How units count” above.

Who owns the data we collect?

You do. Responses and analysis belong to your company, and Curi processes them only as needed to run the service. Details are in our privacy policy.
